Residential development continues in the neighborhood and in adjacent areas.  Strategies developed in East Clayton are being implemented in Grandview Heights (160 St.  - 26 Ave.)  and Douglas (172 St. 2 Ave.).

This sustainable neighborhood has seen 75% build out in under five years.  We are currently reviewing the success of the sustainability measures to identify improvements to the design and implementation process.

Some modifications to the swales are being implemented to improve the flow of water off of the roads and to improve water quality.
